Cancellation conditions

Please note that there is no right of withdrawal in the sense of the Consumer Protection Code (notification according to Part III, Title III, Section I, of the Consumer Protection Code (GvD 206/2005), nevertheless we grant the following cancellation conditions:

• • In order to confirm the booking the payment of a deposit is necessary.
  • In case of cancellation earlier than 7 days before the planned arrival date, the deposit can be used for a later stay in the current season and according to availability.
  • In case of cancellation within 7 days before the scheduled arrival date, the deposit paid will not be refunded.
  • In case of late arrival or early departure, the entire pre-booked period will be charged.

In addition, we recommend our guests a cancellation insurance.
